Product introduction

The microfiltration is mainly composed of four parts: box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system and electric control box system. It is made of high-quality engineering plastic materials that are non-toxic and resistant to seawater corrosion. The stainless steel filter is fixed on the rotating drum, and the tiny suspended substances in the water are separated and filtered out through the screen, and the solid-liquid separation is finally realized. In the process of filtration, the screen will be blocked due to the small suspended particles in the water. When the screen is blocked, the liquid level automatic control component works, and the reverse cleaning pump and drum reducer automatically start to work, so that the screen is cleaned in time and the equipment is always in good working condition.

Our microfiltration is designed for solving the existing problems. For example, the machine can not work automatically and is easy to be corroded; the screen is easy to be damaged and clogged; the equipment is easy to break down and difficult to maintenance and operation. Our machine adopts one of the solid-liquid separation technologies from domestic fishery mechanization, fishery industrialization and early stage water treatment process of circulating aquaculture system. The product purifies water through the separation of solid waste in aquaculture water so that the purpose of cyclic utilization can be achieved.

Product working principle

When the water containing small suspended matter enters the drum, the small suspended matter is trapped by the stainless steel screen, and after filtrating, the water without suspended matter enters the reservoir.

When the suspended matter in the drum accumulates to a certain amount, it will cause decreasing filter water penetration, resulting in the rise of the water level in the drum. When the water level rises to the set high water level, the automatic level control component works. At this time, the reverse cleaning pump and the roller reducer automatically start working together. The rotating drum screen is washed under high pressure by the high-pressure water of the reverse cleaning pump through the reverse cleaning component of the microfiltration. The suspended matter blocked on the drum filter screen flows into the sewage collection tank under the washing of high pressure water, and then discharged through the sewage pipe.

When the screen is cleaned, the water penetration of the drum filter rises and the water level in the drum drops. When the water level drops to the set low water level, the reverse cleaning pump and the drum reducer will automatically stop working, and the microfiltration will enter next working cycle.
